When I am using Google Talk, the taskbar icon is always in the primary monitor no matter if the window is in the primary or secondary. I have two monitors and only this program has this issue.
When I minimize the program, the taskbar icon moves to the correct monitor, that is until it is restored; after being restored the icon moves back to the primary.
What can I do?
