Hello and thanks in advance for your help.
Will Ultramon work with two different sized monitors & resolutions? One would be a 19" with a 1600x1200 res. and the second would be a 17" with a 1280x1024 res. Specifically curious about the "move window" function. If I click it in one monitor, will the window be resized automatically in the second monitor?

This will work fine.
When moving a window via UltraMon, the window will get resized proportionally by default, or optionally only if necessary. This option is under Options > General.
