i uninstalled ultramon but there are still lots of entries in the registry (found them with regedit)
is there a tool to COMPLETELY remove ANY ultramon entries out of the registry?

You could remove the registry entries manually, it's not necessary though.
The registry entries belong to a driver used by UltraMon mirroring, unfortunately Windows doesn't remove unused driver registry entries when a driver gets removed.
