UltraMon doesn't install any drivers, the BSOD is probably caused by something else, or there is a compatibility issue with some other application.
Try booting in safe mode, then remove UltraMon from Start Menu -> Programs -> Startup. You can then restart XP normally and UltraMon won't be launched on startup.
Do you have LiveWare 3 installed (for Soundblaster Live cards)? There have been some issues with LiveWare and the UltraMon Screen Saver, see the FAQ for more information.
