Hi,
I just bought a Compaq Presario SR1659NL with an ATI Radeon X600 on board. I have two screens, one analog (Samsung Syncmaster) and one digital (HP1740).
I use Ultramon 2.6 to have two different screens and that worked fine on my last pc. Now I have one problem: when I play a movie in WMP 10 it shows in a window a monitor 1 (what I want), but it always shows om monitor 2 too, full screen (and in my case 90 degrees turned, because that the configuration of mon. 2).
I tried a custom setting to mon 1 in the WMV shortcut, but that doen't help.
How can I stop the full screen showing on monitor 2?

Sounds like the video card's video mirroring feature is enabled.
Look for a setting called theater mode on the ATI tab under advanced display properties. With theater mode enabled, videos will get mirrored fullscreen on the secondary monitor.
