Something that has annoyed me about windows for ages is that you cant set it to auto-maximize all (or for selected programs) windows you open.
It works sometimes but can be very tempremental.
I know its not strictly to do multi-monitor management and that there are other utilities out that that can do this...
But I thought it would be a cool extra for an already awesome program, that is ultramon.
So auto-maximizing windows would be another suggestion for the next version.
This could also be extended to specific programs only, which could then be extended to aut-maximize or auto-minimize (depending on the program)

Thanks for your suggestion, will be considered for UltraMon 3.
You can already do this for specific applications: right-click the application's shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then configure the settings on the UltraMon - Window tab as desired.
