Its just a black screen. What could be doing this?

Please check if one of the standard Windows screen savers such as Beziers works on the 3rd monitor.
Most likely the problem is that the screen saver doesn't have a live preview mode, which is required for screen savers assigned to secondary monitors.

Ya that works. So where can i get screensavers that will display on secondary monitor? Thanks.

The add-ons page has some screen savers, for screen savers with native multi-monitor support (they run across all monitors), see the products page.
