For some reason, all of a sudden, the Smart Taskbar is displaying all tasks on the secondary monitor only, regardless of which monitor the task actually exists. What I have tried:
Swapping monitors and their ports (both are DVI)
Disabling/Enabling Smart Taskbar
Setting to Mirror mode and back to standard again.
Updating to 2.6 patch 3.
TIA for help.

Most likely it's just a configuration issue, to fix this right-click the UltraMon taskbar, then adjust the 'Show Tasks from' setting so that it only shows tasks from the secondary monitor.
