Recently my windows start menu and task bar has been showing up on the secondary monitor and not the primary monitor. I have removed the registry entries stated in the FAQ's and also uninstalled and reinstalled the product. How can I change which monitor has the Windows startmenu? Also, each time I start up the computer, it seems to forget my positioning of my monitors, I have to reset it each time. Any suggestions?

UltraMon doesn't support moving the Windows taskbar, but you can do this manually.
Right-click the Windows taskbar, make sure 'Lock the Taskbar' isn't checked, then grab a free area on the taskbar with the mouse and move it to the other monitor.
You should then reset UltraMon's Smart Taskbar configuration, otherwise you'll have both the Windows taskbar and UltraMon taskbar on the same monitor.
Unfortunately I don't know what might cause the monitors to get moved, as a workaround you could create an UltraMon display profile which runs after startup and correctly positions the monitors.
To do this, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray, select Display Profiles > New Display Profile from the menu, then on the last page of the wizard, check 'apply this display profile when logging in'.
