When I use the show desktop icon in the quick launch everything minimizes fine but the taskbar on my secondary monitor goes away and then comes back. This is not a problem just something that is a little "annoying".
More importantly is when I use the show desktop function and try to delete or see the properties of something on my desktop, the delete or properties dialog does not open up in sight until I hope up a window and then minimize it on the primary screen. If I do not use the show desktop function and instead just minimize the window on my primary monitor, I can delete or see the properties of an icon on my desktop with no problems.
I dont know if others have this same problem or not, but maybe there could be a fix in a new version. Thanks for looking into this. Of course, screenshots or any other information can be provided if need be.

Do you use a third-party shell, or desktop customization utility?
I can't reproduce this issue with UltraMon 2.6, the taskbars don't get hidden when showing the desktop, and opening properties for desktop shortcuts works fine.
Test system was using XP SP2.
