I just noticed that using the ALT+~ the tildie key will no longer move a app to the other monitor? Is this something that was changed in the update?

Please check if you still have assigned a Move Window hotkey under Options > Hotkeys.
UltraMon doesn't assign any default hotkeys.

I did go in to the hotkeys sections and tried to assign the alt tildie combo but it kept saying none?
I did use to use this combo before with ultramon?

Which keyboard layout are you using (US, German, etc)?
Installed keyboard layouts are listed under Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Details.
