On my work machine IT has installed AnalogX's ScriptDefender. What it does is intercept all calls to VBS files with a dialog asking if you really want to allow the file to execute. With 99% of viruses out there using VBS it seems like a smart thing to do. In fact, other than UltraMon I don't use VBS scripts for a single thing on my system.
Anyway, with AnalogX's Script Defender installed the dialog pops up when I use a shortcut for Ultramon. If I hit ok for it to execute, it'll launch the program but not move the window.
Is there any chance to redo these shortcuts without VBS? VB is a MAJOR security hole, and more and more places I've seen are disabling windows scripting and VBS associations to prevent the spread of viruses.

I'll implement this in one of the next releases. Instead of .vbs files, you'll have .ums files with configuration data, which will be executed by a new shortcut launcher.
BTW, can you use UltraMon wallpapers on the system at work?

Yeah, I can use them... there are a couple of Tom's on the forum here, I can use the wallpaper designer on both my home & work system.
