Hi,
When my CPU is 100% stressed, the buttons on the taskbar in the second monitor won't work...
Do more users have this problem?
Thanks.

Try increasing the process priority for the Smart Taskbar to Normal, this should fix the problem.
This option is under UltraMon Options > Smart Taskbar.
On Windows XP and later, the Smart Taskbar by default runs with low priority.
