I have an Nvidia Geforce 4 Ti4800. On the VGA-output I have a CRT-monitor, and on the DVI-output I have a video projector.
When I boot the computer and both the monitor and the projector is turned on, then I get both visible in the control panel, and I can enable/disable change resolutions for them.
My problem is, that when I boot the computer and the video projector is turned off, then I only get the CRT-monitor in the control panel. The output for the projector is not available, even when I turn on the projector.
Does anyone know of a registry setting or similar, that makes the Nvidia drivers stop autodetecting the video projector, and always shows it?
There is a way for me to switch to the projector even when it was not autodetected, and that's by going into the advanced settings and switching from analog display to digital display. But then it turns the CRT off when it enables the DVI. If I boot with both on, I can have them both enabled simultaneously, and I can switch between them with UltraMon profiles.
If there's no registry setting as requested above, could UltraMon be changed so that it enables me to set the digital/analog setting from the UltraMon profiles? One of my goals is to be able to switch between the CRT and the DVI with a hotkey.

Support for video card-specific settings is something I'm going to look into for UltraMon 3, I don't know yet if it can be done though.
I'm not aware of a registry setting to disable auto-detection of monitors.
