If I have mirc on my secondary monitor, and then uses the "lock mouse to primary monitor" hotkey, and then types on mirc. My keyboard layout changes to english just for mirc, have to restart mirc before it's normal again. Minor bug tho.. ;)

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue, here's what I tested:
mIRC 6.14, UltraMon 2.5, Windows XP SP1, two input languages. After locking the mouse to the primary monitor using the hotkey, mIRC was still using the same input language as before.
Let me know if there are any specific steps I need to take to reproduce this issue.

Haha silly me. I found out that by coincidence I had chosen the same hotkeys as windows' "switch input locales" Sorry for wasting your time.. ;/
