Firstly, hats offer to your product, it works great! Now for my questions...
I am running 2 monitors. On monitor 2 I load (using a shortcut) an IE browser is kiosk mode. The only thing I can not get rid of for a full screen display of the web site are the horizontal and vert scoll bars. Can your product do it?
Run Command Line for kiosk mode in IE:
iexplore -k http://www.yahoo.com/

is if it's only for One website you want it, you could try loading it in a frame and having the parent page hold the 'scroll=no' parameter for the body tag.
