Do you have your code available as .NET assembly or is it still a COM component?

COM components only, currently there is no native .NET version.
At the moment I have no plans for a native .NET version.

You can use com in .net, ok sometimes it is a little hassle but it schould work. if i remember correcly there is an articel about this on codeproject
