I cannot get any of my wallpapers to work. I had working before and I let some guests use my computer and afterwards my wallpaper would no longer work.
It seems that my backgroun is stuck on a single-color background for both monitors. When I go into Ultramon > Wallpaper, I select a wallpaper from my list and click apply....the new wallpaper I selected comes on the screen for less than a second and reverts back to the background color that is in my Display Properties.
In the display properties I select some of the WinXP wallpapers like Bliss and when I click apply the same thing happens again, Bliss will show up on both monitors for less than a second and then revert back to the background color. Basically I cannot change my wallpaper at all from ultramon or Display Properties. The only thing I can change is the background color through display properties. I do not have any other wallpaper manager apps installed and have no clue what the problem is. In display properties the UltraMon generated bitmap does show up but it still reverts back.
