Maybe the RTSUltraMonHook.dll file in the UltraMon directory (usually C:\Program Files\UltraMon) didn't get upgraded properly, this seems to happen occasionally (unfortunately I don't know why yet).
To check if the file has the correct version, right-click the file, select Properties from the menu, and check the Version tab. It should have the same version as displayed on UltraMon's About dialog (UltraMon menu > About).
Repairing UltraMon should fix the problem. To repair the installation, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, select UltraMon from the list, click on the support information link and then click on the Repair button.
