I have a creative 3d banshee pci card and a
creative 3d rivatnt2 agp card.
Would the two work together considering both
cards have the same type of software.
any suggestions please before I go and buy any
others

Should work fine. They don't use the same drivers, the Banshee uses a 3dfx chipset and the TNT2 is from Nvidia. Anyway, having multiple cards of the same type usually isn't a problem.
