Zinio Reader is a great magazine reader. However, it doesn't allow me to Maximize to Desktop which would be great for such a reader application( see for example, the PressDisplay reader). Also doesn't let me drag to second monitor and maximize insists on maximizing to the right (primary) monitor. Setting properties (UltraMono-Window) to Maximized to Desktop also doesn't work. Maximize to Monitor 2 does work, however. Using UltraMon 2.3.20.

Unfortunately this can't be fixed in UltraMon, the application would need to be changed so that it no longer interferes with window positioning.
