The ability to select more than one taskbar item with the Ctrl key and to "close group" by right clicking and selecting the option from the contextual menu should be added.
Aside from the close group feature it would be nice if you could do the window arrangement (tile vertical/horizontal and so on) for the monitor that the Ultramon taskbar appears on.
This close group featur is present in the regular windows taskbar and I find that I need to use it on the UltraMon taskbar as well.
