As soon as I click on an application on taskbar two it disappears from the taskbar (the task of restoring the application is carried out). The only way to get the applications to show up again on the second taskbar is to right click on it and hit refresh. Even if I minimize something on that screen it will not show up on the taskbar until I refresh it.
