I've looked through the forums but ot found anything yet, I have a Radeon 9500NP and Windows XP SP1 and simply cannot get the smart taskbar working at all.
Am I missing something obvious?

Well, I read the FAQ and it's not really helping me as I have no smart taskbars at all, so it's a little difficult to 'right-click an UltraMon taskbar to display the configuration menu' and then make the necessary changes.
use SmartTaskbar is selected, and I have the standard Windows XP toolbar on the Primary monitor with nothing on the secondary at all. Right-clicking that taskbar brings up the standard Windows XP context options with nothing about 'adding a taskbar'
Could you be a little more specific?

Please check if UltraMonTaskbar.exe is running. To do this, open Task Manager, then take a look at the Processes tab.
You should have both UltraMon.exe and UltraMonTaskbar.exe running.
