When I abruptly disconnect the second monitor or connect via remote desktop, I lose all apps in the main window's app bar, I go into task manager and "bring to front" all the open apps and they reappear. I'm not sure what else could be causing this to happen. I'm don't have anything too funky on my system, but I do run the main app bar two rows high.

Thanks for the bug report, I've been able to reproduce the issue when connecting to the system remotely.
Problem seems to be that the taskbar buttons for applications running on secondary monitors don't get added to the Windows taskbar when starting a remote session.
I'll look into it for the next release.

I believe that is true, but I also use MaxiVista. And when I disconnect the second monitor all the taskbar buttons on the primary monitor disappear until I do the task manager "Bring to front" trick.
