I can't run anything 3-d on the second monitor with Ultramon! I'm trying to run Grand Theft Auto 3 on the second monitor...i tried mirroring and it just puts strange boxes around the screen on the second monitor and runs it on the first. i tried playing it and doing the switch monitors command and it jumps to the second monitor for a few seconds then goes back. I have a laptop with an S-video/2nd monitor output connector...it does SUPPORT 3d on secondary monitors. i've tried it with chem office...dragging it ot the 2nd monitor works like a charm. but games...cant do. its a software problem, not hardware..the hardware is capable.
basically, how can i get grand theft auto 3 to run full screen on my second monitor? I donwloaded ultramon 2.4. does the same problem as ultramon 2.3.

Most games will only run on the primary monitor, moving them with UltraMon won't work.
If you are using Windows 2000/XP or later, and your video card allows changing the primary monitor, you could change the primary monitor before running the game, the game would then run on the new primary monitor.
You can do this manually from the UltraMon menu, using a display profile or by configuring custom display settings for the game's shortcut.
