I think it would be great if you could add a quicklaunch bar to the other displays, as y0u can only have them on the promary one.

Support for docking toolbars such as Quick Launch is planned, also see this thread for more on this.
BTW, you can put toolbars on secondary monitors, but won't be able to 'merge' them with the UltraMon taskbar(s).
To do this, grab the toolbar with the mouse and drop it on a free area on the secondary monitor. You can then dock it on any edge of the secondary monitor. If you dock it on the same edge as the UltraMon taskbar, it will be stacked on top of it.
