Word XP. Table of Contents (TOC) allows you to press +Click to follow a TOC link to its corresponding heading. Doing this, however, causes the window to span both monitors maximized.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this, CTRL+Click on headings works fine for me with Word XP on Windows XP.
I fixed a similar issue with PowerPoint XP for the next release (CTRL+P doesn't show print dialog), you may want to give it another try with 2.2 Beta 2, which will be released shortly.
