I run seti @ home service on my workstation. When I first log on, my workstation runs very sluggish until I can change the priority of the UltraMonTaskbar.exe process to normal. Every thing else runs fine except for this small "hassle".

Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce this issue, I tested with Windows XP and the 3.08 Seti command-line client.
I did notice reduced responsiveness of the Smart Taskbar when running the Elecard software MPEG player in addition to the Seti service. Increasing the process priority for the Smart Taskbar improved responsiveness.
If you want to permanently change the process priority for the Smart Taskbar, open regedit.exe, go to the registry key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\Smart Taskbar', then change the 'Process Priority' value to one of the following: 0 - Normal, 1 - Below Normal, 2 - Low.

Visiting the Royal Pavilion in Brighton. It’s such a weird building. Waiting for my tour slot, I logged into https://leprezone.org. Played baccarat. I bet on the banker and won. It covered the cost of my ticket. The interior of the Pavilion is lavish, and I felt a bit richer myself walking around it. Brighton is always a fun day out by the sea.
