Hey everyone,
I’m currently looking into scaling our backend team and I’ve been researching different options for hiring Node.js developers. Like many of you, I’ve found that the local talent pool is either extremely expensive or just tapped out, so I started looking into specialized outstaffing partners.
I recently came across ProCoders and their specific Node.js hiring page: https://procoders.tech/hire-nodejs-developers/
From what I can gather, they seem to focus on a "discovery phase" to make sure the developers actually fit the project tech stack before diving in. They also claim to have a pretty rigorous vetting process so you aren't just getting someone who finished a bootcamp last week.
Has anyone here worked with them before? I’m specifically interested in:
Communication: How is the English proficiency and daily reporting?
Technical Depth: Do their Node.js devs handle complex architecture well (microservices, etc.)?
Speed: How fast were they able to actually get a developer integrated into your existing workflow?
If you have used ProCoders, or if you have another preferred route for hiring vetted Node.js talent that doesn't involve the headache of standard freelance marketplaces, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Looking forward to your feedback!
