I'm not aware of any issues with the Matrox MMS cards.
There are some issues with the Parhelia:
- if you are using TripleHead, UltraMon will only recognize a single monitor. This is due to TripleHead not supporting independent displays mode (always uses stretched mode)
- if Matrox PowerDesk is started after UltraMon, dragging maximized windows with the mouse no longer works. See this thread for more information
