While you have the possibility to add buttons to the title bar, here's a suggestion:
Have a button that sets the window size to be only the size of the title bar, getting completely rid of the client area. (ie: a la Mac OSX)
ie:
|Microsoft IE [ ][ ][ ]|

| |
| |
| |
| |
| |
-----------------------------
becomes just the title bar
|Microsoft IE [ ][ ][ ]|
|
