I have a S3 Trio AGP Graphics card and a ATI mach 64 VT graphic card.
I think it's not possible to use multi-monitor functionality in w2k. At least there is a problem in the hardware manager so only one card is activated when I start the computer.

Both of these cards need to be primary in BIOS to work with Win2000, so you're out of luck here, you'll have to replace one of the cards.
