Is there any way to move an application "child" window to another monitor? i.e.: Is there anyway that the MDI child windows that are under the control of an application's main MDI window be controlled as if it were independent window?

I'm going to consider this for a future release of UltraMon, basically the idea would be to have hotkeys and/or custom window buttons for MDI child windows, so that you could stretch the main window across the desktop, then easily move the MDI child windows between monitors.
