Great program by the way, I just started using it and it's everything I wanted and more. However, there's some things that would be nice to have:
1.)Add support for the Winkey in the shortcuts.
2.)The Maximize to desktop feature should actually maximize, instead of resizing the window to fill the screen.
3.)Could there be an option for accessing the Task Manager from the Smart Bar? I use this frequently and find it annoying not to be able to do the same on the smart bar.
4.)Add support for quicklaunch toolbars in the smart bar.

One more thing I forgot... Using Show Desktop shouldn't hide the smart bar.

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll consider them for a future release.
3 and 4 are already planned, but I can't guarantee that they will be implemented eventually.
Show Desktop shouldn't hide the Smart Taskbar (at least not in the latest release). If you are using the latest release (RC2), please let me know what operating system you are using, and how the desktop is shown (Quick Launch icon, WIN+D, etc).

I'm using Windows XP (no service pack) and using either the quicklaunch icon or Win+D will hide it, but it will reappear if I re-open one of the windows. The normal taskbar does not do this.

Hmmm, seems that I had "always on top" turned off, turning it on fixed everything. Sorry about that...
Also, one more thing that I find annoying, there should be an option for Maximize to Desktop to size itself to fit the height of the smallest monitor.

This is the default, but I have just discovered a bug: if the smaller monitor is bottom-aligned with the larger monitor, it won't work correctly. This has been fixed for the next release.
The maximize to desktop behavior can be changed under Options > General.
