I have a GF4 dual head card and an NV11 PCI.
When I had both of my monitors hooked up to just the GF4 everything worked great.
Now I just have a monitor hooked up to the VGA head on the GF4 and the other monitor hooked up to the NV11(Gf2MX) PCI.
The GF4 is display 1 in display properties.
The GF2 is display 2 in display properties.
I have Disp2 aligned to the left of Disp1.
The issue is the Ultramon "bar" thinks that apps. on the right side are really on the left, and vica versa.
E.g. the apps on the right window show up on the left window's ultramon bar.

To fix this, right-click the UltraMon taskbar and adjust the 'Show Tasks from' setting.
You can also let UltraMon create a new default Smart Taskbar configuration:
- close UltraMon
- open regedit.exe
- delete the key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\Smart Taskbar\Taskbars'
