I think this one's pie in the sky!

I used to use Webshots for wallpaper and it changes the wallpaper at specified intervals.
Given that if you want different wallpaper on each monitor Ultramon constructs a single composite bitmap to achieve this, I guess there's no way I can automatically update that bitmap when Webshots tries to change the wallpaper?

Would you want to replace the image on the primary with that from Webshots? This can't be done at the moment.

UltraMon does have the ability to load a specific wallpaper (see the command-line arguments for UltraMonDesktop.exe in UltraMon Help for details).

Even if I specify the Ultramon default wallpaper, if webshots is running it will override on both monitors. Yes, I would like to just change the primary, and keep a static paper on the secondary, but don't stress over this one - I can change the default one manually from time to time. It was a feeble hope, not a request. Thanks.

BTW, the good bit is that the Webshots Screensaver runs independently on each monitor, which is great.

Hi. Am resurrecting this old post to see what the current status of this is. I'd like Webshots to alternate the primary display and Ultramon to set the wallpaper on the 2nd display. Is this currently impossible?
Is this something that may come with a future release?
Thanks.

This won't work, the problem is that both Webshots and UltraMon will overwrite each other's wallpaper whenever they change the wallpaper, there is no way around this.

But if you have access to the images from Webshots, for example they're stored in a local folder, you could then use them with UltraMon.
