Hi:
When I try to mirror, I receive an error stating that the drivers were not loaded and I should reboot, however, after rebooting, I have the same problem.

Looks like there was a problem with installing the driver.
Please send me the file setupapi.log from the Windows directory (usually C:\Windows on Win98/Me/XP and C:\Winnt on Win2000).
If the file is several megabytes in size, please only send me the UltraMon-related part. To do this, search for the last occurrence of UltraMon in the file, then copy the section for the UltraMon mirror driver install. This will usually look something like this:
