I have 3 monitors, on: agp geforce 2mx, and 2x matrox millenium II, running on w2k.
When I enable smart-taskbar, it only appears on my 2nd monitor (left).
On the right monitor (3rd) there's nothing there!
If I put a program on that monitor, it still uses the taskbar of my 1st screen...

To add an additional UltraMon taskbar, right-click the UltraMon taskbar, and select Add Taskbar for from the menu.
