First I would like to say that I think the software is great! Except that I have one question. If I am running a movie on my other mon, to full screen it it returns to my primary monitor. So I change the other monitor to primary and when I am doing work popup screens appear on the other side. Any ideas?

You'll need a video player that can run on secondary monitors, give Zoom Player a try.
