Can I use a TV as second monitor connected to composite out of my Geforce 2 MX 400 while running Ultramon?

If your video card supports this, it will work fine with UltraMon.
BTW, if you can't do it without UltraMon, installing UltraMon won't make any difference. UltraMon relies on the operating system and video card drivers to provide basic multi-monitor support.

Thanks for clears things.
Yes, my sparkle Nvidia has a composite out and a driver that allows me to do it.
I was just affraid of damage the TV...so I decide to check first.
