Forums -> Multiple monitors -> 2 x GPU's to 2 Displays using HDMI

Hi there.

I want to display a Media centre on both my TV and Projector at the same time using HDMI. I have found that to avoid HDMI EDID I best use 2 separate GPU's in my HTPC. 'My projector is 3D TV is not'

Using Windows/screen resolution, I can only set the desk top to 'Display1, Display2 or Extended Display' there is no 'Duplicate' option. So I was wandering if I could I use UltraMon in mirroring mode to achieve this?

Thanks.

Will

It's worth a try, but my guess would be that performance won't be good enough. You can test this with the trial version, to set up mirroring right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray, select Mirroring > Settings from the menu, then on the last page of the wizard adjust the screen update rate setting, by default this is set to 5 updates per second.

OK, thanks. I really do not want to compromise the quality, but it's worth a try I guess.

Cheers.
