when tring to update to the lastest version I recive this message ( The cabinet file ultramon.cab required for this installation is currupt and cannot be used ) I have tried redownloading the file uninstalling the old version before install, reinstalling complete from 1.0 throw current update and so on any ideas ? thanks in adavance for any info

This can happen if there is a problem during the download, did you try downloading with Internet Explorer instead of a download utility/accelerator?
I have recently tested the download after another user reported the same problem, setup worked fine on my test system (Windows XP).

I have just downloaded and installed it again, worked fine.
I suggest you try downloading again. Make sure you download the file from this site (realtimesoft.com), at this time there are no other authorized download sites.
If it still doesn't work, let me know, I could also mail you the file.
