Just installed beta 7 (.1?) to my XP pro box (with an AGP voodoo banshee, a PCI matrox millenium, and a PCI 3d/Virge/DX) to find it's great.. until I rebooted, then all hell broke loose. The graphics now look like they are being drawn over the 'net (think VNC, or remote desktop over a modem) - trying to use it is pointless. The only way round I've found so far is to use remote desktop (built into XP) over the LAN, and control the box from there (from only one monitor). Once I quit the remote desktop session, the screens on the main box work fine (until I next reboot). I've tried uninstalling (sorry, but I need my PC more than multiple monitor extras), but that didn't help (oh, and it leaves the device driver for the mirror - ultramonmirror.sys).
Bit of a pickle... Don't really want to go back to backups..
Suggestions?

Please check if the mirror driver is still being loaded at startup. To do this, download DisplayEnum.zip and run DisplayEnum.exe. If the driver is still being loaded, you should see an entry for 'UltraMon Display Mirror Driver'.

It's not - What I've got is...
\\.\DISPLAY1:S3 ViRGE DX/GX \\.\DISPLAY2:3Dfx Interactive, Inc. Banshee - primary \\.\DISPLAY3:Matrox Millennium PCI - English \\.\DISPLAYV1:Netmeeting driver - disabled, mirror \\.\DISPLAYV2:RDPDD Chained DD - disabled, mirror
(that last one I'd guess is from remotelyanywhere (but seems to be disabled).
Thanks for being proactive support guy - I promise I'll buy it if we can sort this bug out!

The easiest solution would be to do a system restore to the restore point created by installing UltraMon.
If that's not an option, check if DirectX acceleration is still enabled, maybe it's related to that. To do this, run dxdiag.exe and enable DirectDraw and Direct3D acceleration for display 1.
It's also possible that the problem is caused by registry entries that weren't removed, even though the driver itself doesn't get loaded anymore. See this thread for details. On Windows XP, System Information can be accessed from Start menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools.
BTW, RDPDD is from XP's remote desktop feature.
