Forums -> Multiple monitors -> Changing TNT Resolution causes lock up

My setup:

* Windows 2000 Advanced Server
* Primary: STB Velocity 4400 Nvidia TNT1 16MB AGP (5.22 drivers)
* Secondary: Matrox Millennium I 4MB PCI (W2K included drivers); "disable VGA" jumpered on card.
* BIOS is set for AGP as primary.

I can change the resolution of the Matrox card with no problems, but when I change the resolution of the Nvidia TNT card, the monitor attached to the TNT goes dark and then my entire system is hung.

This must be some sort of driver problem? I welcome any suggestions on how to solve this.

Thanks,
