I just installed the latest IE5 critical update (Security Update, March 28, 2002 (Internet Explorer 6)) and now ultramon won't run at all. Here is the error message I receive:

Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point __lc_collate_cp could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCRT.dll.

Any help?

What operating system are you using? I just installed the Q319182 hotfix on Windows XP, no problems.

From the message you received it looks like the patch installed a version of msvcrt.dll that isn't fully compatible with the one that was installed previously.

To work around this problem, download msvcrt_6_0_8397_0.zip, then extract the ZIP to your UltraMon directory (usually C:\Program Files\UltraMon) and the Windows directory. UltraMon will then use this version of the DLL, which is version 6.0.8397.0.
