I have a video wall of 6 screens using 3 ATI cards, problem is that the monitors change their placement everytime a monitor is turned on/off or being unplugged and plugged back in (to the same slot of course).
Is there a software that capable of saving the monitors layout?

You should be able to do this with UltraMon's display profiles feature, but only if the monitor numbers don't change.
