I have a Toshiba M200 Tablet. It rund at 1400 x 1050 natively on a 12.1" screen. What are my options for a hi res monitor? For example a 1440 x 900 19" monitor. I think my driver would not exceed the 1400 x 1050.

I hope that was clear. I am wanting to run a second monitor that is a different proportion, can that be done?

This will work fine, it's not ideal though if you want to stretch a single application across both monitors.

Thanks for that. The trouble is when I tried it in the shop, the wide screen monitor was stretching everything out of proportion. How would I do the setup for it to work?

PS using applications across both monitors is not needed.

You have to set the video output resolution to match the native resolution of the monitor you are using in order for it to look correct.
