I'm missing the Ultramon - display and ultramon - window tabs in the applications properties form.
any idea how to get it back?
running Windows 7 retail

Make sure 'enable shortcut extensions' is checked under UltraMon Options > Profiles and Shortcuts.
If the option is already checked: UltraMon can't extend all shortcuts, for example those with a grayed out target field like for the Office 2007 applications. In that case you would need to create a new shortcut manually via UltraMon menu > Shortcuts.
