Is there a way to always have a particular program open in a declared monitor.
ex: Can i make it so notepad always opens in the secondary monitor.

Only if you always launch the application by clicking on its shortcut: to set this up, right-click the shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and configure the settings as desired.
